Training & Opportunity Policy

Training, Application & Independent Opportunity Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

This policy governs participation in The Chopped Mobb ("TCM") training programs and any optional, independent opportunities that may be offered from time to time. By enrolling in a TCM course, accessing training materials, or submitting any application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Program Nature & Scope

The Chopped Mobb (TCM) is a skill-based training and education program focused on teaching wig design and fulfillment techniques.

Enrollment in a TCM course provides education and training only and does not constitute employment, does not guarantee income, and does not guarantee ongoing work or activation.

The educational content and training access constitute the product purchased.

Disclaimer: Earning potential varies based on individual skill, consistency, participation, and market conditions. Results are not guaranteed.

2. Timeline Expectations (IMPORTANT)

From course purchase, progression from training to eligibility for consideration for independent opportunities may take up to 6–8 months, depending on:

  • Course completion

  • Skill development

  • Quality standards

  • Individual readiness

  • Current operational capacity and demand

Progression timelines vary by individual and are not automatic. Timelines are estimates and may extend beyond this range based on operational needs and participant readiness.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Completing training materials

  • Practicing and developing skills

  • Submitting required materials when applicable

  • Maintaining readiness and professionalism

Participation level, follow-through, and individual effort directly affect eligibility for future consideration.

4. Application for Independent Opportunities

After completing required training milestones, participants may be invited or may choose to apply for independent contractor opportunities when such opportunities are available.

Submitting an application:

  • Does not guarantee selection

  • Does not guarantee immediate onboarding

  • Is subject to review and approval at TCM’s sole discretion

5. Selection & Review Process

Independent opportunities are offered based on a combination of factors, including:

  • Demonstrated skill growth

  • Quality control standards

  • Reliability and availability

  • Current business demand

  • Internal review and approval

Selection is discretionary and based on operational needs at the time of review.

6. Onboarding & Communication Timeline

Due to onboarding volume, once an application is submitted:

  • Please allow 3–4 weeks for initial review or point of contact

  • Additional time may be required depending on demand

  • Not all applicants will be contacted immediately

Applications are reviewed in waves, not on a rolling or guaranteed basis.

7. Interviews & Conditional Acceptance

If selected for further consideration:

  • Applicants may be invited to an interview

  • Interviews are scheduled based on availability

  • Conditional acceptance may follow successful review

As part of the review process, applicants may be contacted by email, requested to participate in interviews, asked to submit sample work or demonstrate skills, and/or required to execute an independent contractor agreement prior to approval. Requirements vary and are determined at TCM’s discretion.

Not all applicants will be invited to interview. Any acceptance is independent, non-exclusive, and does not guarantee ongoing work.

8. Work Availability & Order Volume

While selected independent contractors may be approved to work with TCM:

  • Order volume is not guaranteed

  • Work availability depends on client demand

  • Assignments are distributed based on performance, reliability, quality standards, and capacity

Independent contractors are responsible for maintaining readiness and continued skill development.

9. No Guarantee Clause (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Completion of training, submission of an application, participation in interviews, or approval as an independent contractor does not guarantee:

  • Income

  • Order volume

  • Ongoing assignments

  • Continued engagement

  • Activation timing

10. Independent Contractor Status

All approved individuals operate as independent contractors, not employees.

TCM does not provide:

  • Wages or salary

  • Guaranteed hours

  • Employment benefits

11. Good-Faith Commitment

TCM is committed to:

  • Transparent communication

  • Fair review processes

  • Skill development

  • Ethical business practices

Opportunities are extended in good faith but remain subject to operational needs, capacity, and quality standards.

12. Policy Updates

TCM reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. Continued participation in TCM programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
