By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and our Custom Unit Production, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. About The Chopped Mobb

The Chopped Mobb specializes in handcrafted, custom-made wigs designed specifically for each customer. Every unit is made to order based on the customization options selected during checkout.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you:

Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Have provided accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors, textures, lengths, and styles.

Because all wigs are handcrafted and viewed on different devices and monitors, slight variations in color, density, texture, or appearance may occur.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, The Chopped Mobb reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Custom Orders

Every wig is handcrafted specifically for the customer.

Production begins after your order enters our production schedule.

Because each unit is custom made, all purchases are subject to our Custom Unit Production, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Payment authorization issues
Product availability
Pricing or website errors
Violations of our Terms of Service

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable refund will be issued.

7. Production & Shipping

Production generally requires 30–60 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping begins only after production has been completed.

Estimated shipping times displayed during checkout are carrier estimates only and begin after production is complete.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate billing information.
Providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Selecting the correct cap size.
Reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
Reading all posted store policies prior to checkout.

9. Policy Acknowledgement

Before completing checkout, customers are required to acknowledge our store policies by selecting the required checkbox confirming they have read and agree to our policies.
