CUSTOM UNIT PRODUCTION & REFUND POLICY

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

All units sold by The Chopped Mobb are custom-designed and handcrafted to order. Units are not pre-made, mass-produced, or kept in stock. Each order is created specifically for the customer based on the selected style, length, texture, and customization details.


PRODUCTION BEGINS IMMEDIATELY

Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. This includes:

  • Sourcing materials and supplies specifically for the customer’s unit

  • Preparing and executing the custom design

  • Paying designers and suppliers upfront for labor and materials tied directly to the order

Because these costs are incurred immediately and are specific to each order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.


PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME (VERY IMPORTANT)

Custom unit production typically takes 30–60 business days, depending on:

  • Current order volume

  • Customization complexity

  • Overall production demand

Production time does not include shipping time.

Orders may be completed earlier or later than the estimated timeframe depending on production flow and quality control. Shipping within the stated production window does not constitute a delay.


SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times. Tracking information is provided once the unit ships.


NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS (ADJUSTMENTS AVAILABLE)

Due to the custom nature of our units and the immediate payout of supplies and designer labor, refunds are not offered once production has begun.

Because every head size, hairline, and face structure is different, custom units may require adjustments (including but not limited to density reduction, length adjustment, or cut refinement) to achieve the desired look. This is a normal part of the custom wig design process and is similar to adjustments made during a salon appointment.

To request adjustments, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the unit on their head

  • Photos of the unit off their head

Photos are required for evaluation. Without photos, we are unable to assess or modify the unit.


REFUND CONSIDERATION (IF APPROVED)

In rare cases where a refund is approved at the discretion of The Chopped Mobb, the following conditions apply:

  • The unit must be returned before any refund is issued

  • The unit must be received and inspected

  • Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

Refunds will not be issued for units that are not returned.


ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES (ETAS)

All production and shipping dates provided are estimated, not guaranteed delivery dates. Variations in production timing do not qualify as delays or grounds for cancellation or refund.


CUSTOMIZATION QUEUE

During periods of high demand, orders are completed in a customization queue. Queue placement is part of the standard custom production process and does not affect refund eligibility.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a custom-made order that is already in production is considered a violation of our purchase agreement.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Order records

  • Production documentation

  • Customer communications

  • Posted policies

to the issuing bank, payment processor, BBB, or review platform to contest any dispute.


POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all posted policies, including this Custom Unit Production & Refund Policy.
